The Capitalflow Team, Dermot McHugh and Aidan McCarthy were delighted to be representing Capitalflow at Saturday’s Cork Business Awards in the Clayton Hotel in Cork. Developer Michael O’Flynn was among the winners of Cork Business Association’s top honours at its annual awards.
Cork Business of the Year in the Large Category went to the Jazz Festival, which was recognised for its more than 40 years of mixing business and culture in the city on the October bank holiday weekend.
Starting in the Metropole Hotel in 1978, the festival is estimated by local business figures to be worth almost €45m to the regional economy.
Capitalflow’s Dermot McHugh said the awards were a testament to the outstanding work done by Cork businesses who contributed to the ongoing business excellence in Cork city.
“Capitalflow is delighted to be a supporter of businesses in Cork and the Munster region. In particular, we wish to extend our congratulations to organisers of the event, and category winners. Special congratulations to Michael O’Flynn on his well-deserved win of the inaugural CBA Champion of Cork Award. ”
